Fitex Tech Solutions is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access due to user negligence.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments

• Payments are processed securely through PayHere or other authorized payment providers
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices may be updated with prior notice

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes
• Create invoices that violate applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service
• Use automated systems without prior permission

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination.

7. User Content, Data & Responsibility

You retain ownership of all content created using Invoetics, including invoice data, customer details, logos, and branding.

By using the Service, you grant Fitex Tech Solutions a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process such content solely to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of invoice content
• Compliance with local tax, accounting, and legal obligations

8. Account Deletion & Data Removal

When a user initiates account deletion:

• A clear confirmation notice will be displayed informing that all stored data, including invoices, will be permanently deleted
• Data deletion will proceed only after explicit user confirmation
• Once deleted, data cannot be recovered

9. Intellectual Property

All software, design elements, branding, text, and platform functionality are the exclusive property of Fitex Tech Solutions.

Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy & Communications

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By creating an account, you agree to receive:

• Transactional emails (billing, security, account notices)
• Service updates, feature announcements, and important platform communications

You may opt out of non-essential communications where applicable.

11. Service Availability

While we aim for high availability, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Service interruptions may occur due to:
