Subscription-Based Service

Invoetics provides access to digital services through subscription plans. As this is a digital, non-tangible service, refunds are handled under specific conditions outlined below.

Free Tier

The Free Tier allows users to generate up to 3 invoices per month at no cost. As no payment is made, refunds are not applicable.

Paid Subscriptions (Pro & Premium)

• Pro Tier: USD 2.99 per month
• Premium Tier: USD 3.99 per month

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are purchasing immediate access to digital services.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate or accidental charges
• Technical issues that prevent access to paid features and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time
• Unauthorized transactions reported promptly

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Partial usage of a billing period
• Change of mind after subscription activation
• Failure to cancel before the renewal date
• User misuse or violation of Terms & Conditions

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Cancellation takes effect immediately and your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
• No refunds are issued for unused time in the billing period

Refund Processing

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days
• Transaction fees charged by payment providers may be deducted
